The Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering has world-class faculty and facilities that allow our graduate students to achieve their full academic and research potential. We offer degrees at both the Masters (thesis based Master’s in Applied Science and course based Master’s in Engineering) and PhD levels. We have four research core groups that cover Biomechanical Engineering, Design and Manufacturing, Energy and Fluid Systems, and Materials Engineering.
